And enjoy these select quotes on awakening from A Course in Miracles:
“Rest does not come from sleeping but from waking. The Holy Spirit is the call to awaken and be glad. The world is very tired, because it is the idea of weariness. Our task is the joyous one of waking it to the call for God.” ~T-5.II
“Your resurrection is your reawakening. I am the model for rebirth, but rebirth itself is merely the dawning on your mind of what is already in it. God placed it there Himself, and so it is true forever.” ~T-6.I: The Message of the Crucifixion
“You have chosen a sleep in which you have had bad dreams, but the sleep is not real and God calls you to awake. There will be nothing left of your dream when you hear Him, because you will awaken.” ~T-6.IV: The Only Answer
“You are at home in God, dreaming of exile but perfectly capable of awakening to Reality. Is it your decision to do so?” ~T-10.I
“I will awaken you as surely as I awakened myself, for I awoke for you.” ~T-12.II: The Way to Remember God
“Accept the holy instant as this year is born, and take your place, so long left unfulfilled, in the Great Awakening.” ~T-15.XI
“How can God’s Son awaken from the dream? It is a dream of judgment. So must he judge not, and he will waken.” ~29 (The Awakening).IX. The Forgiving Dream
“The happy dreams the Holy Spirit brings are different from the dreaming of the world, where one can merely dream he is awake. The dreams forgiveness lets the mind perceive do not induce another form of sleep, so that the dreamer dreams another dream. His happy dreams are heralds of the dawn of truth upon the mind. They lead from sleep to gentle waking, so that dreams are gone. And thus they cure for all eternity.” ~W-140
The webinar was wonderful and very helpful! Many thanks to you both!
Webinar was full of reassurances that I am not too far out of line in continuing to believe that I have a body. Part of that body is a pair of often clenched fists, which I am unclenching! Many thanks, beautiful teacher women.
Corinne I love receiving your emails. I first found your blog when I was having a hard time with morning anxiety. Your blog came up and I just loved it from there. I have been a student of Eckhart Tolle for over 4 years now, and he often uses A Course in Miracles in his teachings. Thank you for making it both easy to understand and applicable to everyday life. I am slowly undoing years of anxious, constricted living. Life is truly a miracle and a blessing today.
