How Grounding the Body can enhance the "clairsenses"

In this first foundational training, you'll learn a practice that has transformed how I live A Course in Miracles... it's called grounding. Think of a tree with a wide canopy. In order to withstand the wind, the tree needs a deep and wide root system. Grounding enables us to fully inhabit our bodies and clear out fear hidden in the body (because the body is in the mind). As we learn how to do this, our "clairsenses" (clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance and clairsentience) can open more deeply. The clairsenses are pathways in the body through which the Holy Spirit speaks to us.

your "Perfect shaft of Pure Light" ANd the Body's energetic System
Monday, May 13th, 3pm Eastern
In this second foundational training, we'll work with a beautiful teaching from A Course in Miracles, which tells you that "you are a perfect shaft of pure light." While this teaching is referencing our state of being beyond space and time, this perfect shaft of pure light can be seen as corresponding to the body's "central channel," which is the central meridian of the body's energetic system as described by the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda. This workshop will help you work with your central channel and release fear, while shifting identification from the physical to the soul.
