The album

The From Anxiety To Love Meditations were born out of my own journey of healing from debilitating anxiety.

From getting triggered with health fears, to needing to anchor to the present, to social anxiety, each meditation will help you connect with your Inner Therapist and side with love instead of fear.

By closing your eyes and turning within, we practice connecting with your True Self. As we come to know our True Self, fear falls away.
