Corinne’s Favorite Indoor Grounding Tools
Getting my feet on the earth and learning to lower the energy in my body has been a missing piece in my healing journey. The best thing about grounding is it's completely free! Just place your bare feet directly on the earth - including grass, soil or sand. However, there might be times when going outside in your bare feet isn't possible. If that's the case, there are products you can buy to help you ground indoors.
In this video, I show you some of the tools I use to ground indoors and I explain the whole process. Below, you will find links to some of the products I use. Please note that these are affiliate links because I truly believe in the benefits of grounding. Making a purchase through my link will support my work as I'd receive a small commission, at no additional cost to you.
- PURE GROUND GROUNDING CORDS: The Pure Ground Grounding Cords filter out stray EMF's and therefore are my most important grounding tool. There is no other cord like it on the market (Earthing.com's cords are not the same). While these cords are pricey, I find them to be worth it, especially if you are electrosensitive. Check out the Pure Ground Grounding Cords HERE. By the way, I love ALL of the product on this website - you can't go wrong!
- TESTING METER FOR PURE GROUND CORDS: If you do go with the Pure Ground Cord, please note that traditional testing meters (to confirm that you're grounded) won't work. You would need to buy the testing meter from the Intuition Physician (which is what I use in the video). It is called "Universal Grounding Test Meter" and you can find it on the Intuition Physician's website under "All Grounding Tools."
- EARTHING.COM: Earthing.com has some helpful and affordable bundles. However, I do NOT recommend their pillowcase (it has a strong vinyl smell). If you want to use it as a mat for underneath your feet, you can repurpose it that way! I am also NOT a fan of their mattress cover. It is vinyl and will likely make you sweat (who wants to sleep on vinyl?). Use an organic cotton grounding sheet instead (see the next resource!).
- GROUNDING SHEETS: I absolutely love Grounding Official's fitted grounded sheet. I've been using it for about 7 months now and have zero complaints! It is made of 95% organic cotton plus 5% silver threads. If you use your Pure Ground Grounding cord, make sure to either clip the cord directly to the metal button on the sheet, or clip the cord onto a silver thread in the sheet to ensure you are grounded (you can see the silver threads).
- EARTHING MAT: I use Earthing.com's earthing mat and love it. I have one under my desk and another on my sofa.
- OUTLET TEST METER: This is an essential indoor grounding tool. Do NOT risk trying to ground into an improperly grounded outlet! You can find an outlet test meter on Earthing.com or the Intuition Physician has them as well.
- AMAZON: You can find MANY grounding tools on Amazon. I haven't tested these, so I can't recommend them. But feel free to give them a try.
I hope this information supports you. Happy grounding!
