From the fires in Australia to the U.S. conflict with Iran to other issues, there seems to be every reason to be anxious and afraid.
But this is where your Inner Teacher needs you to rise. Spirit needs your willingness to see differently.
Very differently.
You, as a miracle worker, are literally being asked to learn how to see past form to the truth beyond, no matter how painful the picture gets.
A Course in Miracles teaches us that this world is not your home, and pain in the world is a reminder of this truth. Painful circumstances are a reminder that your mind is needed in joining the “Great Crusade” to undo fear.
Although we only touch briefly upon specific world events, this entire call is very applicable to dealing with fear.
Our reading in the text of A Course in Miracles is about idols. Idols are anything that we substitute for our reality (our reality is eternal and changeless), which means that pretty much everything in this world is an idol.
In this study group call, we read and discuss the Course’s teachings on idols, and participants share some incredible insights and wisdom.

I enjoyed listening in to the study group. Very nice.
I love how you read from the Course, Corinne. Your enthusiasm is infectious!
The eyelash analogy was great. I remember a similar analogy Ken Wapnick used years ago: If you have a sheet covered with dirt and stains you don’t notice a new stain put on it. But if the sheet is clean and white, even a tiny stain stands out and you can’t help but notice it. Just as when our minds are purified, even little annoyances or hurts become very obvious to us.
Just thought I’d share that.
Thanks again so much for sharing that call.
I love that sheet example from Ken. Thank you for sharing!

You are most welcome. xo
