In the Miracle Share ACIM Community group on Facebook, a question recently arose about how to work with early morning anxiety.

I used to wake up with terrible early morning anxiety that wasn’t attached to anything. My chest felt tight, my body felt like a solid a bundle of nerves, and all I wanted to do was make it go away. Not a fun way to start to the day.

I learned over time though that this anxiety was surfacing as an opportunity to be healed. It was an opportunity to look at what was coming up WITH Spirit, even if I had no idea what it was attached to (though ACIM explained the source of anxiety for me, as I explain in this video).

In this video blog, I share exactly how I worked with early morning anxiety. Since I’ve been practicing looking at the anxiety WITH Spirit, I no longer have early morning anxiety.
