For over a year and a half, I have been leading weekly mindfulness meditation classes with the beautiful people at Bank of America. We come together to practice mind training and orienting ourselves to the present moment, which is associated with increased happiness and improved health (not to mention improved work performance!). The shifts that have happened in this class have been miraculous! Participants have reported that they catch themselves more often when they are mind wandering, they experience less stress, and are happier overall. During the Q&A in this video, you will even hear a participant share that her husband has noticed the positive changes she has made through practicing mindfulness.
Mindfulness has been truly helpful to me on my path as a student of A Course in Miracles. If you dig this video, be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and look for the “mindfulness meditation” playlist so you’ll never miss a class (as I won’t be sharing them regularly here on my blog). Happy meditating!

Being guided by you in this meditation (even 5 hours later when I received the email) was a wonderful experience. I feel moved to incorporate so many of the suggestions offered by the audience. The idea of this breath is the only breath in this moment is akin to “this instant is the only time there is”. Thank you for posting this…if I only had this video to refer to, it would be enough to renew my willingness to experience the peacefulness of stillness.
I’ve got a lot goiong on in my life that is taking me out of this Holy Instant. This was a wonderful reminder to focus on the breath and the moment. This is all I have and all I need. Build it into my routine during the day is a wonderful way to do this. Incorporate in all that I do. Focus on the breath…Spirit lives in the breath. Thank you Corinne.
